Found what it looks like a fun and festive kettlebell work out by the one and only, Juan Leija

The goal is to build power for an extended

period so grab 2 kettlebells that are heavy

enough to challenge you with the weight and that you can move fast.

Workout

  1. Double Kettlebell Swings 5 sets x 10 to 20 reps
  2. Gorilla Cleans 5 sets x 5L/5R to 10L/10R reps
  3. Double Kettlebell Snatch 5 sets x 5 to 10 reps

Will try this tonight and see how I fair.
